Can you interpret and analyze workplace safety issues in your workplace environment for areas related to: personal safety, fire hazards, building issues, inmates, minors, high risk diseases,and provide evidence of how workplace safety issues are resolved in your workplace environment. You can investigate workplace safety issues within your DFS, gathering relevant information on specific problematic areas in the agency. Do you know the stats, policy and procedure documents, meeting minutes/recommendations from safety meetings, personal accounts of incidents, etc. And

Include present and historical data about workplace safety issues, research that outlines if the agency/employees have ever been formally sanctioned for accidents in the workplace and outline the total process/procedures taken after an incident (i.e., who is notified, who does the investigation, is the incident sent to a committee, and are there recommendations made to decrease such incidents in the future?) and a summary in which you make a correlation between the work performed and historical data.
