Ms. Dean is interested in knowing more about how the bank's customers perceive their involvement in the community. Overall, she wants to know what is the general impression the bank leaves in the community? Sam's rm has never conducted such a study for their clients but knows that understanding corporate image is important to marketers. Next meeting set for 15th at 2:30pm to discuss the best way to proceed. Tuesday/am Met with John Daniel, VP of Marketing for Aunt Millie's Bread. Brand Marketing for Aunt Millie's Bread is divided across ve regional divisions who have autonomy over their TV advertising spend. Each division has tried different TV ad campaigns; some were thought successful, others not, but no one has formally evaluated ad expenditures. The VP of Marketing wants to know not only how sales of their product sold during each campaign, but also what happened with sales of competitors brands. Client wants to track sales by SKU in the product category for each TV market and for each time period associated with each ad campaign. Tuesday/pm Met with Cayleigh Rogers, Business Manager for Wesleyan College. The College is considering establishing a football team and the president wants some indication from alums if they favor it and if they would be willing to send a donation to help with start-up costs. The president of the college also wants to know if present students will support a football team. Call him back for follow up meeting. Wednesday/am Met with Lawrence Brown of M&M Mars. Brown is brand manager for a new candy bar, and he needs advice on types of promotional methods in the candy bar business. Specically he would like to know what promotional methods have been used over the past ve years by different candy bar brands. Advised Brown I would contact some other research suppliers and get back to him
