Please help!

I know aCode of Ethics can be a positive influence for a company and its workers. However, should companies have a Code of Ethics, are they effective or ignored andIf there is a Code of Ethics, domost companies follow it? But, most importantly, should different areas of a company be held to different ethical standards? What benefits could result from this practice? What problems could arise from this practice?
