Please help in writing an essay for economics!

It can be either a PETAL or PEEL structure. To be easier I'd choose PEEL paragraph. It's supposed to be a maximum of 1,500 words.

I would appreciate a help with outlining how should I write the 3 body paragraphs. (sentence starters or something) I'm basically clueless.
