please help me answer these case study questions

Questions for Stevenson, H.H. & Roberts, M.J. (2016). Hotel Vertu: Analyzing the Opportunity in the Boutique Hotel Industry:

1) Does the purchase of The Peach Tree and the plan to turn it into a boutique hotel represent an attractive opportunity on the terms presented? Is it an attractive career opportunity for the two women?

2) What are some primary sources of value creation in this niche?

3) How should the woman think about their partnership and the degree of influence their investors may have? Was their letter agreement (shown in case Exhibit 1) a wise step? Does the fact that Mr. D'Arcy is the keystone investor present any special concerns for either woman?
