(2 points) 2) Later in the work out you are having the person from #1 doing leg flexion exercises by having them lay on a soft table and flex their leg with an ankle weight on their lower leg. You have them do an isometric contraction part way through the motion. The ankle weight is 75 N, it's moment arm about the knee joint is 25 cm (creating a counter-clockwise torque), and the moment arm of the hamstrings is 3 cm about the knee joint.
