(20%) Set out any THREE individual or situational factors (see lecture Learning Week 4] that explain why the ethical issues described in the case occurred (150-250 words). (10%) Provide THREE TO FOUR specific recommendations as to how this issue / these issues may be addressed effectively. Please provide recommendations to at least two key stakeholders, one of which should be the company that is the focus of your analysis. Where possible, point out the links or complementarities between the solutions you suggest.
