August, and Septernber of 2021, management gathers the following information. a. Sales were 20,000 units in Junc. The product's selling price is 517 per unit and its sotal product cout is 514.35 per unit. b. Company policy calls for a given month's crading finished poods inventory to equal 7oss of the necu month's expected unit sales. The June 30 finished goods inventary is 16,500 units, which does not comply with the policy. 4. Company policy calls for a given month's ending raw materials inventory to equal 20 : of the next mosith's mascrials requirencents. The June 30 rew materials inventory is 4,375 units (ahich also fals to meer the policy). The budgeted September 30 raw materials is 1,980 units. Raw materials cost 58 per unit.
