While searching for free 360-degree surveys, you probably came across quite a few webpages for vendors who will charge a lot of money to use their surveys. Take a look at the webpages or YouTube videos for some vendors, and choose one that sticks out to you the most. This could be a vendor that inspires a lot of confidence, or a vendor that does not seem to be reliable at all based on their promotional materials. Share the link with your classmates and explain what makes this vendor stand out. This first post should be within the first three days of the module.

Hello Class,

The 360 degree feedback survey vendor that sticks out to me the most would have to be, Trakstar. The initial reason that Trakstar stuck out to me from the beginning is their multiple high ratings by several different reviewing companies. With a company that is so highly praised as Trakstar, it is hard to choose a competitor of theirs when it comes to deciding on a survey for ones organization. The face value website that Trakstar has implemented is very easy on the eyes and is inviting for company leaders to choose a survey. I feel that this aspect is very important because the style of a website can cause an individual to immediately navigate away. Trakstar also stands out to me for the reason that their survey is very high quality and well thought out. Trakstar is also a very user friendly website. This website was very easy to navigate for myself and I have no doubt that it will be for other individuals. If a website is not easily navigable, it can become very frustrating and cause an individual to also leave said website and find a different platform. Trakstar is absolutely the best choice when it comes to 360 degree feedback surveys.
