Please help me create the basis for an HTML page so that it can be filled with content according to the terms of the assignment.

In this assignment you are required to create a simple HTML-page, and add a CSS-stylesheet to it.

You should provide an archive with at least two files, an html-file of the page, and css-file with stylesheets. Additional data might be provided (e.g. pictures), but the size of the archive should not be greater than 1Mb.

The page should be divided into logical blocks, and it should tell some meaningful story. At least 20 unique HTML-tags are required to be used, and at least 5 different CSS-rules are expected to be applied.

A document should have a structure. It should have at least three logical parts (e.g. header, contents and main part specified via

-tag)

Make sure you have paragraphs, external links, internal anchor links, pictures, tables, headers

A document should be about some topic i.e. all the information in the document is not random, but is telling us some story. For example, it could be a page about your favorite actor, where you put a short biography, a list of movies and a portrait picture. But you can come up with your own ideas.
