Every patient discharged from a local hospital with a prescription for the medication was invited to participate in the study. 100 patients volunteered to participate. The volunteers are then randomly assigned to one of two groups. Participants in the rst group were given instructions for downloading the reminder app to their phone and creating the proper settings. Participants in the second group were given instructions for downloading a generic phone app that can be used to look up answers to basic health related questions.
