please help me how to rewrite an Opinion Letter

Below is an example of a poorly drafted opinion letter from a paralegal to her client. Rewrite the body of the letter in full block mixed punctuation format, using effective style and correct grammar.

Dear Karen Greene, Throughout our meeting yesterday, you were freaking out about your dance studio membership. You said that two days ago you signed an agreement for a two-year membership at X Dance Studios for the amount of $2,000.00 per year. You told me that you realized you can't afford it and are freaked out by the thought that you will be locked in for 2 years!!!! Don't worry Karen! I've checked into the law. Section 31(1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2002, SO 2002, c 30, Sch A provides as follows: 31 (1) No personal development services agreement may be made for a term longer than one year after the day that all the services are made available to the consumer. Under the law, your dance studio membership contract is considered a personal development services agreement and therefore the studio is prohibited by law from having you enter into an agreement that is longer than one year. It's outrageous that they would allow that. Also, the CPA has a 10-day cooling off period during which you can completely and fully cancel the entire contract without giving a reason. All you have to do is advise the studio within ten days after receiving a signed copy of the agreement that you are cancelling it. It's as simple as that.
