Employee 1: Paid bi-weekly of 18.50 per hours ( 70 hours per pay period); entitled for Overtime pay as well of 27.75 . No default hours per pay period for OT pay. Employee 2 Paid on monthly basis. Salary based of $12,000 per month. Standard hours for EE2 is 140 hours. Employee 3: Paid on weekly basis. Hourly rate is $50 per hour. 35 hours per pay period and entitled for commission of 1,000 no default hours for Commission. Employee 4: Paid bi-weekly, for $20/ hour. Same hours as EE1. Entitled for OT pay of 150% of his hourly rate. Also being paid for commission of 1,500. no default hours for OT \& Commission. After entering info above.
