Please Help Me!

I need a resistance of 200(omega) in an environment temperature of 60C. I need to dissipate 2W and I want a maximum drift 0.2% after 2 000 h.

You only can use MR25 resistors out of the E12 range.

Design the minimal resistor(s) setup. (do not use more resistors then needed).

D. What would be the drift after 10 000 h E. What would be the drift after 2 000h if the ambient temperature is 100C
