The business strategy outlines the mission statement and goals that an organization wants to accomplish. To accomplish the goals outlined in the business strategy, a company must employ, train, and develop human resources within its organization. This takes the understanding of the market factors and the development of an efficient process to produce results. Without the proper training and development of human capital, a company runs the risk of falling ill-prepared to meet the ever-changing requirements of the economy. As human resources professionals, we are required to identify the level of training needed for the organization to remain competitive. This is done by identifying the growth and shortcomings within an organization, and adjusting the training to the employees to ensure the company remains competitive. With there being a direct correlation between a company's business strategy and the level of training, the current training requirements are subject to change to match the flocculating market requirements.

2. Good morning or afternoon everyone! For this weeks discussion about how to identify some business strategies that could help influence the level of training that an organization can implement. As a Senior Human Resources Specialist for my Unit, I have the opportunity to use and conduct some of the following training strategies that I currently use and would use in any other organization. For instance, holding an Annual Equal Opportunity Training; this is to help build and maintain a cohesive workplace environment. The organization could also hold and an Annual Sexual Harassment Assault Response Prevention (S.H.A.R.P ) Training to help eliminate sexual assaults and sexual harassment by creating an environment that respects the dignity of every employee. Even for the systems that we use on our day to day basis, the organization could use and require Annual Certifications for computer net system Access, this will help to maintain working accesses and to make sure all qualifications and work skills are sufficient for the required working systems. Another good strategy that an organization can use is to hold weekly meetings to help answer and discuss questions inside the workplace. Also, to dig deep into Metrics, exchange insights, and to find solutions to accomplish the workplace goals. Last but not least, an organization can do on spot corrections and on the job trainings to help build better work skills. Having their supervisor be within the same work lane will help build work experiences, skill, and even certain goals. This should help prevent chaos inside the workplace against employees and management.
