Research Title: The Difculties Encountered by HUMSS Students in Distance Learning affecting their Academic Performance and Essential Skills Statement of the Problem Since the emergence of the pandemic in the rst quarter of 2020 in the Philippines, learners such as HUMSS Senior Highschool Students of Sto. Domingo Integrated School In Angeles City, Pampanga have been experiencing Mental Breakdowns. This is caused by several factors such as stress. Stress results due to problems, problems with Family, school, and Health problems. Excessive worry, fear, anxiety and nervousness are symptoms of stress. They contribute more nervous to breakdown. A person's emotional state of being unable to cope with life stress leads to vulnerability of mental breakdown. Mental breakdown greatly affects individuals. Most of the individuals experience depression, panic attacks and hallucinations. Due to depression, individuals may lose of gain weight, lose interest in social family or work life, feel exhausted, fatigue and hopelessness, individuals may experience suicidal thoughts dizziness, high blood pressure or mood swings due to mind unrests. These symptoms deteriorate an individual's health if not treated on time. Make a RRL the Review of Related Literature must be 2018 above Format of RRL: 1. Citation or ln-text Citation ex.
