Question 48 (1 point) Susan goes to work and her male co-workers repeatedly tell her sexually explicit jokes, show her sexually explicit web sites, and talk about her in a sexual manner. She finds this disgusting, quits and sues her employer. What's the likely outcome? If the employer had a sexual harassment policy that required Susan to tell her 1) employer about the harassment and Susan failed to do that, she will likely lose the lawsuit. Susan should not have to encounter such unacceptable behavior in a work place and 2) the employer will be liable for Hostile Work Environment sexual harassment regardless of whether it had a policy or not. Susan has experienced hostile work place sexual harassment and is entitled to damages if she told her employer about the activity and the employer failed to stop it. 3) 4) 1 & 3
