Terrible.My salary as an accounting clerk was below the minimum wage.They did not care to provide or remit to respective agencies for my medicare or health insurance.I was already on my seventh month of work but I was not regularized nor ask to sign an extension of contract as probationist.There was no other benefits at all except thirteenth month pay on pro rata basis.

Do do you feel that most employers comply with applicable laws (both technically, and in spirit)? Why or why not?

No.Especially the those managing in small businesses, they do not comply with the Department of Labor and other applicable laws.They are more concerned only of how they can generate more profits rather than helping employees uplift their standard of living and live a decent and dignified life.
