Samples of trout were measured in Lake Mansfield and in Lake Buel. 60 were measured from Lake Mansfield with a sample mean of 7.2" and a sample standard deviation of 1.2" while the 50 measured from lake Buel had a sample mean of 6.9" with a sample standard deviation of 0.8". Test, at the 90% significance level if the means are different. State the null and alternative hypotheses, alpha, and the conclusion
