Prepare all the necessary journal entries until the goods are transferred to inventory account. b. Determine the unit cost for each part manufactured. 4. MNO Company produces plastic pipes to customer specifications. Losses of less than 5% are considered normal because they are inherent in the production process. The company applies overhead to product using machine hours.
