Din and Peter are bakers and their bakery is an ordinary partnership. Din borrowed RM10000 from his wife to buy a new oven without his knowledge of Peter. A year later Din's wife wanted her RM10000 loan to be repaid. Peter did not want to pay since he did not know about it. Din said he had no money.
