Additionally, a major task in each of these analyses is discerning between relevant and irrelevant information.

For this discussion, complete the following:

1. Choose one of the special decisions managers may face.
2. Describe at least 1 relevant cost and 1 potentially irrelevant cost to this decision.
3. Explain at least 1 qualitative issue that managers should consider in this decision, in addition to the quantitative analyses.
