please help my write this python program and come up with 4 test cases

Write a program in python to find max and min of a random list of number using Divide and Conquer technique. Describe the runtime of the algorithm/solution. Submit your Python program as a text file (.py) file. Try different number inputs (random order) to create different test cases. Submit a Design outline and a Test plan (4 different test cases) in a Word document or a .pdf file which also includes a screen shot of execution of your program for each test case
