Problem 1 The position of a particle is given by the equation x(t) = t' - 6t + 9t, where t is measured in seconds and x is measured in meters. a. Find the velocity as a function of time. b. When is the particle at rest? c. Find the acceleration as a function of time. d. When is the velocity increasing and when is it decreasing? e. Graph position, velocity, and acceleration on a single set of axes. f. Find the total distance traveled by the particle during the interval [0, 5]. This includes distance traveled both forwards and backwards. ( For instance, if I took a step forward, and then a step back, I have traveled a total of 2 steps even though I am back where I started)
