Please help

Select an organizational leader - either someone you found using internet research or someone you are familiar with in an organization where you worked or have worked.

Write a 3-5 page paper where you identify and discuss the leader's behavior as it relates to embracing and leading the organization's diversity efforts. Some of the items you might include are the following:

• The leadership behavior that influenced the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts
• Leadership initiatives of uniqueness and belonging that the leader implemented
• Benefits to the organizations
• Any other information that you find on your subject that would add to the content of your paper and demonstrate your understanding and ability to apply the concepts.

Some things to remember....

1. Your paper (title page, paper, citations, and references) need to be in APA format.
2. NO abstract is required
3. Paper needs to be a minimum of 3 pages in length. This does not include your title or reference page and you can use more pages if needed.
4. Please use 3^rd person; however, you can use first-person perspective where applicable and appropriate, i.e., describing your own role, distinguishing from your point of view and others, or writing is reflective or contains personal elements.
5. Do not forget to incorporate conceptual discussion when appropriate.
