Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled warmers and contact Autumn Sdn Bhd's for a full refund. Autumn Sdn Bhd will issue refunds for all Jack Warmers and affected Bless Home Warmers after consumers' email Autumn Sdn Bhd a photo of the warmer with the wires cut, rendering the warmers unusable. Consumers with a Bless Home Warmer should contact Autumn Sdn Bhd for further instructions to determine if their Bless Home Warmers are affected. Autumn Sdn Bhd is contacting purchasers directly. Autumn Sdn Bhd authorized consultants nationwide and online at Autumn.com. Bless Home Warmers were sold from July 2020 through September 2020 for about RM50. Jack Warmers were sold during September 2020 for about RM50.
