For some foods, the smell overwhelm our recognition of taste. Blindfold volunteers ( 5 volunteers in total) and ask them to try a slice of apple. Tell them you want them to smell the food's flavour while eating it. Put a slice of fresh onion under their noses ( do not tell them you will do that) when they start to taste the apple. Do they taste apple or onion? Discuss what this result says about our sense of smell. Share the results of the study in a Word document
