please identify, analyze and draw relevant conclusions to each of the contracts, torts, crimes and other issues found in the below hypothetical.

After class, Jake called Crazy Carla, his 22 year old live-in girlfriend. Carla cannot understand the nature of what she does, but a court has not yet adjudicated her as crazy. Jake and Carla had the great idea of going to the Palmcaster Mall to purchase some matching headbands so they can allude the authorities. They entered the parking garage and were provided a ticket stating that the parking garage company was not responsible for any damages to vehicles. Jake and Carla entered Old Navy and tried on matching sparkling headbands. They forgot that the headbands were on their noggins and walked out of the Old Navy. Arriving back to the car, they noticed an employee of the parking garage company sitting on the bumper of Carla's car. Carla asked the employee to get off of her car. The employee got up, leaving a big dent on the bumper of the car. Dejected, Carla and Jake drove off.
