You approach the driver, and it's your mom or dad (it doesn't matter). Their car wasn't working, so they borrowed a neighbor's car, and they wanted to get home as soon as possible.

What will you do? Will you arrest, warn, or give a ticket?

#3 Let's assume that you answer a Domestic Violence call at a local park and you, and your partner arrive. You discover that your female cousin has slapped her husband, leaving a scratch on his left cheek and a bloody lip. He says that it was his fault and does not want to press charges. Several witnesses saw the incident and blame your cousin, who's had a few drinks.

What will you do? Arrest, warn, give a ticket? Explain
