Discuss the impact the news story has on shareholders, stakeholders, or other key users. Why is the story significant?

Link the news story to the impact on strategy and/or corporate governance. Provide relevant metrics, graphs, or charts to support your analysis.

Provide a recommendation or conclusion on the news story. What could have been done differently? Were there any alternatives that could have been pursued? Was the situation handled well? Why or why not?
