3.  A fly sees a fish when light is refracted from the surface of the water.  Draw a dotted line to show where the fish appears to be, as seen by the fly.  Draw a solid line to show where the actual position of the fish is.  Why does this occur?  Hint: Draw the lines from the eye of the fly to the tail of the fish.
