"Besides the number of services this writer's agency provides, mental health services for adult is one of the major service that stand out in which this writer would like to introduce as a program need that she encounters daily. Since this writer sees herself being part of this agency for a long term period, as a future counselor, this writer would certainly encounter providing services for mental health clients. With that said, this writer believes data must be implemented as one way to collect specific information. According to Congress et al., (2017) "A data-driven agency uses evidence to drive practice and decision making" (p. 273). Of course, if data isn't collected the program may face with challenges. Congress et al., (2017) explained data-driven cultural is about making sure values of the agency is constantly being reinforce by making sure everyone is on the same page of what needs to be completed. Therefore, data-driven must take place for the sake of all clients who are searching for helps.

In addition, this writer believes two programs that may help the agency to keep track of data towards clients need for mental health services are: adult outpatient services and community support services. Clients choosing to signed up for these services, are given the opportunities of expressing their opinions while professionals make sure these services are received. Congress et al., (2017) noted data can be detected from client's records, surveys or questionnaires. This writer can personally share that currently her agency is using a Survey Monkey tool by DMHAS to collect data for these two programs and others to find out if clients are happy with services provided. With that in mind, the purpose of implementing outpatient therapy services is to help clients with their recovery, help them improve their quality of living life and connect them with further resources that can help them manage their diagnoses. As for community support services, clients can get help with rehabilitation, provided them with skills that are going to help with becoming independent, and assist them will completing any redetermination forms. Therefore, keeping up with data is how the services can be revealed of whether the programs should stick around or should be discontinued.
