Some major cultural challenges would be language barriers, if we as a leadership don't know the language of the country we are going to good, we will not be efficient in our new company and we would also won't be able to get done what we need to if no one understands what we are telling them. Cultural differences if not studied well enough before we start taking our business there we may find out that our company is not going to do well if we are not fitting into the new cultures. Such as some countries don't use cell phones or much technology, therefore if we located our company there and offered only online ordering, our business wouldn't do very well. There are many other challenges we face when taking a company globally.
