The Leaders guide to corporate culture, culture including unspoken behaviors, mindsets, and social patterns playing a big part. To understand a company's culture you need to know where it falls between these two dimensions, people's interaction and response to change. This article has identified 8 styles that distinguish a culture, including, learning, enjoyment, results, authority, safety, order, caring, and purpose. These 8 are fitted into what is called a cultural framework in which they reflect independence or interdependence. I believe using the 8 styles to determine and diagnose highly complex and diverse behavioral patterns in a culture is very important and helpful.
