When organizations start to realize that employee well-being can lead to loyalty and having a fundamental impact on organization performance (Gelencsr, Szabo-Szentgroti , Komiives , & Hollosy-Vadasz, 2023). Organizations that meet the need of employee well-being can lead to a long-lasting effect in the company. When employees are in a state of positive well-being it can contribute to the workplace in a good way it can lead to better labor productivity and reduce staff turnover (Ivanova & Klimova, 2021). Staff turnover can be costly because organizations have to place money to recruit new employees by placing job hiring ads then having to start over and train employees over all again. The research article The Holistic Model of Labor Retention mentions that replacing employees can be costly and time-consuming this is why companies need to focus on employee well-being in order to avoid turnover (Gelencsr, Szabo-Szentgroti , Komiives , & Hollosy-Vadasz, 2023). The way communication is represented is important because it can be hostile or it can be friendly. It can lead to a workplace conflict or it can lead to a solution. Having effective communication in the workplace can have a positive impact with all employees. Having effective communication is something companies should be teaching their employees. When communication skills are learned they are aligned with the intention to meet the company needs and the needs of others (Lasater & Stiles, 2019). The success of the company is how they can effectively communicate to their employees. Communication is not just about understanding the needs of the employees but as well as providing all the information employees need. In the research article Communication Mobility and Communication Strategies mentions seeking communicative strategies can lead to a more professional conversation (Raiprasit & Hemchua, 2018). When communicating effectively can help companies understand the needs of its employees. Communication should be clear and understanding so the employees can follow and be able to do their job tasks effectively. This should be at the start of the employee start date to provide effective communication if it not provides the new hire will fail in their tasks. Organization that asks for employee feedback can meet employees need because they are listening to the need of their employee. When employees can provide feedback to their managers the employee can feel like they are valued within the company. In the research article Conversations about Mental and Well-Being During Covid-19 Pandemic mentions how managers should encourage employees to use their voice specially when it comes to their concerns in regards to the company (Tepordei & foot, 2022). Companies should address the concerns of the employees by asking for their feedback. By listening and addressing concerns companies demonstrate they value their employees and are willing to meet the needs of the employees. A healthy environment in a workplace i1s when employees needs are meet. Watching how employees work and providing positive feedback can support the employee it can also correct them if they are doing something wrong. When it comes to providing feedback to an employee's performance this provides the ability to correct bad habits and improve their performance but this feedback should be clear and positive. Strong and Negative Communication Communication can be either positive or negative. The way communication style is presented can impact the direction of the conversation in a good way or bad way. When it impacted in a good way the well-being of the person leads to a positive outcome. In the article Exploring Communication Practices in Italian Physiotherapy defines verbal and nonverbal feedback, to define verbal communication it is words, tone and content of a person's response and to define nonverbal communication is when it is the use of facial expressions, body language, gestures, and other non-spoken cues (Al-Wardat, Etoom, Lena, , Pellicciari , D' Amone,, Kossi, Brindisino & Abdullahi 2023). Both verbal and nonverbal communication can have an impact on the direction of the conversation. Communication can be verbal, nonverbal, written, with actions, or even with body language (Wienclaw, 2021). These types of communication should maintain to be clear. This is a good example of how communication can affect the employee's well-being in a positive way but it can also affect them in a negative way. Working in a trusting environment leads the employee to have a healthy mental being and keeps the employee with the company. Communication is all about the way your choice your words and how those words are communicated with each other. In the book Positive Communication helps identify positive ways to communicate and how to communicate effectively maintaining listening skills is important as a mean of communication because this allows people to connect with other and understand one another (Dynes, 2017). Employment Bullying When it comes to workplace bullying using insulting words can be the use of negative communication. Using this type of communication can affect the employee well-being in a harmful way. In the book Words that work in Business mentions how when a person response there is nothing they can say or do that can be responded with either empathy or some form of self- connected expression (Lasater & Stiles, 2019). When empathy is shown in a conversation it shows that the company not only shown in a conversation it shows that the company not only respect the employee but cares about their well-being. Words should be chosen wisely because insults can lead to conflict so in order to avoid a conflict in the workplace bullying should be addressed. When it comes to effective communication it should be communicated with clarity so there is no miscommunication or miss directions for the employees. Bullying can lead employees to have depression and suffer from anxiety not only that employees will leave companies because of job bullying. Negative communication is a form of bullying and this includes intimidation, insults, belittlement, and persistent harassment (Cerdeira, Cakirpaloglu, & Cakirpaloglu, 2023). Repeated verbal and nonverbal abuse to an employee is workplace bullying it can negatively affect the employee creating an unsafe environment that leads to employee leaving the organization (Baek, 2022). The research article The Holistic Model of Labor Retention mentions how employees do not actually leave the organization but their manager (Gelencsr, Szabo-Szentgroti , Komiives, & Hollsy-Vadsz, 2023). Supervisors who harass their employees can cost the company money because the employee leaves the company and it is not just HR job to prevent workplace bullying but the organization in whole.
