Paul and Dre are long-time friends who used to play baseball in high school together. Now retired, Paul is at Dre's house watching baseball. They get into an argument over who is the better player. Paul decides to go home so he starts walking to the front door. Unbeknownst to him, Dre picks up a baseball and throws it at Paul's head. Paul falls to the floor, holding his bloodied head. Paul sues Dre. Discuss the torts for which Dre may be held liable to Paul.
