Georgia says, 'I can help you out with another third, that's what families are for'. Eric provides the remaining third to allow Frederick to buy the house, title to which is in his name. Eric gets sick and needs urgent cash to go overseas for treatment, while Georgia has decided she now wishes to buy her own house. She asks Frederick to pay her back. Frederick insists that their contributions were gifts, and he has no obligation to return the monies. Does he have to do so?(Support your answers with relevant authorities)

He said that he wasn't sure where it was but as soon as he located it he'd send it on to her. In the meantime, he sent an autographed copy of the score, saying the original would appear later. He died in a car crash last week, and in his will, he has left everything to his wife Lara. While looking through his studio, she found the original score under his desk.
