Usability engineering principles and techniques will be applied to enhance the user experience and improve the overall usability of the application.Tasks:$1.$Select a web$/$mobile application for evaluation: Choose a popular web$/$mobile application that is available for both iOS and Android platforms. Ensure that the application has a significant user base and offers a range of features$\mathrm{.}2.$Conduct a heuristic evaluation: Apply established usability heuristics $($such as Nielsen's $10$ heuristics$)$ to evaluate the current usability of the selected web$/$mobile application. Identify usability issues, including navigation challenges, information presentation, input mechanisms, and overall user interface design flaws$\mathrm{.}3.$Plan and conduct user testing sessions: Develop a usability testing plan that includes defining user profiles, creating realistic user scenarios, and determining appropriate metrics for evaluating the usability of the application. Recruit participants who match the user profiles identified$\mathrm{.}4.$Analyze usability test results: Gather data from the user testing sessions and analyze the results.
