Kennedy Agyapong is the Managing Director of Sembone Empires Ltd located in the Central Region of Ghana. Kennedy Agyapong was appointed the MD in January Under his leadership, the Company had been doing well and have established a good name for itself in the region and beyond. It was known for timely completion of orders. Like other functional managers, Ms Capo, the production manager was efficiently handling the processing of order and had a team of fourteen motivated employees working under her. Unfortunately, Ms Capo had an accident and remained home for her treatment. Kennedy Agyapong knew that in the absence of Ms Capo, the company may not be able to meet the deadlines and it will lead to customer dissatisfaction, business loss and goodwill. So he had meeting with the employees in which accurate and speedy processing or orders was planned. Everybody agreed to work as team because the behaviour of Kennedy Agyapong was positive towards the employees of the organisation. Hence everyone put extra effort and the targets were met time. Not only this, Kennedy Agyapong visited Ms Capo and advised her to take sufficient rest. He organized a meeting to really explain the vision of the Company as well as introduced special allowances and bonuses to existing staff who contributes more. He is also considering discussing the possibility of a board with the owner of the company. Since its inception, the company has no board in place and is solely run by its owner who also doubles as the bankroller. This situation is very opposite to what occurred in the past. Few years back, the company had a number of experienced staff on its payroll. They regularly offered useful suggestions which neither received appreciation nor rewarded by the company. More so the management of Sembone Empires Ltd despite having experienced staff, outsourced the services of some renowned experts and paid them good compensation for their services. Because of this, the employees felt disheartened and stopped giving useful suggestions. Based on this, provide answers to the following questions;
