SpeedDial is a yellow-pages website that lists the names and numbers of all shops and services across the country. Users can see the listings near their current locations. Presently, their web page includes the name, location, and contacts of the registered shops and services. The shops and services require paying a monthly fee to have their listings on the SpeedDial website. SpeedDial has recruited employees across towns and cities to visit local stores and convince owners to register on SpeedDial. When SpeedDial enters the market of a new city, it gives offers like 'the first three months of free trial' to the store/service owners. This has helped in making more stores register under SpeedDial. SpeedDial website also has advertisements from external advertisers, which is a major part of their revenue source.

A new competitor, RapidCall, enters the market with the same offerings as SpeedDial. However, to capture the market, RapidCall allows shops to provide their listings free of charge. RapidCall intends to have advertisements as their primary source of revenue. Since SpeedDial has already introduced local shops and services to the platform's advantages, it is easy for RapidCall to make owners provide their listings on its website.

To compete with RapidCall, SpeedDial plans to expand its services by providing a list of sellable products and services on the website. For example, a local clothes shop can include a list of their top-selling products with their prices on the website. Customers can order products over the phone if they want, based on the shop's delivery options. SpeedDial is not involved with the delivery. The shops will have to pay an additional charge based on the number of products listed on SpeedDial's website, however, no commission per product will be charged. The shops may request the SpeedDial's local employees to help with the photographs taken and uploaded on SpeedDial.
