Please read The "Deposition of Richard Hart" that appears in Chapter 8 of your textbook (Exhibit 8:10). In the Fifth Edition, this appears on pages 342-347. In the Sixth Edition, it begins on page 387.

You work for Arthur White, Esq., who represents the plaintiff, William Forrester.

After reading, complete the following tasks:

1) Prepare a digest of the deposition for Mr. White, summarizing the key answers and information that you can obtain from that deposition. Use one of the deposition digest formats provided in the textbook. 2) Please identify statements from the Hart deposition that are harmful to Forrester's case and recommend some discovery means that can provide further information and potentially mitigate the damage from those statements.
