"Selection" is the process of gathering information about job applicants to decide who should be offered a job.

Selection steps are

1. application forms and rsums,

2. references and background checks,

3. selection tests, and

4. interviews.

Write a minimum combined total of 300 words to address the following: 1- Outline the steps involved in the selection process.

2- Explain each step, and briefly describe the activities that happen during that phase and the goal of that step of the selection process.

3- Make sure to include information (where appropriate) on job specifications, validation, and bona fide occupational qualifications.
