Uncle Travis has also identified a number of other houses in the area that are for sale or have recently sold (see below.) He has asked you to give him your opinion on whether $850,000 is a fair price for the house he wants to buy. Nearby houses for sale or recently sold: 4260 Seal Beach Blvd: 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,000 square feet of living space. Listed for $825,000 1601 Las Golondrinas St.: 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,700 square feet of living space. Listed for $975,000 4406 lI Farello Nero Ave.: 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1,800 square feet of living space. Listed for $815,000 What You Will Do You are an avid student of the real estate market and know one of the best ways to determine whether 123 Elm St. is fairly priced is to estimate the price per square foot of each property and compare it to the average, maximum, and minimum price per square foot prices of the nearby houses. Input the provided information in a table format (either typed or by hand).
