Exercise 1 Please map the following Process: When a purchase request is received in Supply Chain Management Services Management (SCMS) it is reviewed and a purchase order is prepared and sent to the vendor. SCMS also receives the purchased goods the vendor delivered and processes the invoice for payment. Please map the process from the SCMS perspective.

Exercise 2 Please make a copy of the process you developed for Exercise 1 and add the following: The following communications occur between SCMS and the vendor: 1. The purchase order is sent to the vendor or 2. The vendor sends back a fulfillment plan 3. Before the target delivery date, the vendor sends a shipment plan 4. When the goods are received SCMS sends to the vendor an acknowledgement of receipt of goods. Please map the process from the SCMS perspective.
