Please read through the following fact pattern with your group members and draft a Statement of Facts for a complaint to be filed on the client's behalf. You can type or simply handwrite the assignment, as I am more concerned with substance than format. Take about 20-30 minutes to organize the following facts into a coherent statement of facts and you'll get 5 bonus points on the quiz today.

Fact Pattern:Gilbert and Theodore are lifelong friends who operate a custom bicycle shop. They have been embroiled in a dispute with a customer, Lumpy, for some time. On June 1, 2016, Lumpy commissioned Gilbert and Theodore to build him three custom banana seat cruisers for his teenage triplets' 8thgrade graduation. The cost of the bikes was to be $2,500.00, though the parties never reduced their agreement to writing. Lumpy paid a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 upon signing, for which he was issued a receipt from Gilbert reading "$500.00 deposit paid toward $2,500.00 purchase price; $2,000.00 due upon delivery 7/1/16." All three bikes were to feature detailing especially designed for Lumpy's daughters, including monogramming, color schemes, and rad streamers.

Gilbert and Theodore finished the bikes on July 1, 2016, and contacted Lumpy to coordinate delivery and final payment. Lumpy's wife June came by the shop and picked up the bikes, and let Gilbert and Theodore know that her husband would be by later with the payment. Lumpy returned the next day, claiming that, upon inspecting the bikes, he found them to be of subpar quality and that he should be given all three bikes in exchange for his $500.00 deposit. Gilbert and Theodore vehemently disagreed with Lumpy's attack on their craftsmanship, and refused to accede to his demands.

Gilbert and Theodore wish to bring suit for breach of contract against Lumpy. Please draft a Statement of Facts including all the relevant factual allegations necessary to secure a judgment against Lumpy. Don't forget to consider the elements of proof of an action for breach of contract in composing your Statement of Facts.
