• This report requires you to tick the items checked and to make notes on the condition of each item. For example, you should check the perimeter fencing for the site and note its condition and any faults, dilapidation or damage.

You may include photos of any issues/concerns you observe to assist your report, e.g. cracks in path or driveway layback, damage to road surface at the access point to the site, poor condition of existing fences, site access/parking restrictions, etc.

Using the same work site you selected to undertake the site Condition Report, approach the Builder or Local Council to access the building permit details for the project. You may submit a copy of the actual permit you sourced from the Builder, or a completed permit form you sourced from the Local Council.
