Expert Autobody's practice was also to leave the keys in the cars it was storing so they would not get lost. One night, thieves broke into Expert Autobody and stole the car, which was never recovered. Arnold now wants to sue Expert Autobody for the value of the car. Expert Autobody is located in Toronto.
