You work as an analyst for Bon Voyage1, a holiday company which specializes in leisure cruises from Australian ports to islands in the South Pacific. The company is considering how to relaunch itself once Covid19 has passed. The company's Board has requested a report from the CEO (Ah Lam Liu). The Board are seeking information about three broad areas:

1 Bon Voyage is a fictitious company and not meant to bear any resemblance to any existing company. All data and any individuals mentioned are fictitious and have been produced by the Unit team

1. An analysis of Bon Voyage's passengers, including age, gender, travelling groups, spending patterns, and satisfaction,
2. Recommendations about the ideal passenger group the company should target for advertising and promotion, and
3. Priority areas the company can target for improvement.

Ah Lam has reached out to the Director of Analytics (Arjun Agarwal) seeking assistance to respond to the Board. Ah Lam has also asked Arjun for a dashboard that will help her to monitor Bon Voyage's

passenger profile and priority areas. Arjun has delegated the task to you. You must report back to Arjun. Your report must include two files:
