This semester, individual has been transferred to supporting Agency administration and operations, as well as client case management. He has excelled in the completion of administrative tasks which have advanced Pridelines' outreach and engagement infrastructure and network partnerships in the community these duties have entailed a high-level of responsibility as they are also grant deliverables. His participation in the development and expansion of Pridelines' Case Management capacity has been invaluable, consolidating and streamlining intake forms, processes and procedures designed to ensure the Agency is able to capture critical information and data on each client so that our staff have all of the necessary information that they need in order to be of most help to those we serve who are in-need / at-risk. His transition from primarily HIV & STI screening (and follow-up counseling) to non-profit administration and operations has been entirely professional and a great opportunity for him to learn about the behind-the-scenes work of running a direct-service organization.
