Steve and Maggie are opening a brand new high tech company in downtown Toronto. They are having a challenge with poor performance among their employees in their company. You have been hired by Steve and Maggie as a Consultant given your knowledge of Organizational Behaviour. You did some preliminary diagnosis and realize that the decision-making process by Steve and Maggie is the main issue. Based on our in-class lecture and the text, how would you describe the steps to the rational choice decision process to them and what are the 3 biased decision heuristics that they may fall into? What would you recommend to Steve and Maggie to improve their decision-making?
